1 [Stakeholders Relationship Committee. 62H . (1) The board of directors shall ensure that the functions of the stakeholders relationship committee as specified in Part D of the Schedule II are discharged by the board of directors or a Stakeholders Relationship Committee is constituted to discharge such functions. (2) The chairperson of stakeholders relationship committee shall be a non-executive director. (3) At least three directors, with at least one being an independent director, shall be members of the stakeholders relationship committee. (4) The chairperson of stakeholders relationship committee shall be present at the annual general meetings to answer queries of the debenture holders.
