ARTICLE 1 [30] DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR ACTIVITIES Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of diplomatic or consular officials under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements. *************** NOTES : - 1 .
