Section 22 - Order of National Tax Tribunal - National Tax Tribunal Act, 2005

22. Order of National Tax Tribunal .—The National Tax Tribunal may, after giving the parties to any proceedings before it, an opportunity of being heard, pass such orders thereon as it thinks fit.
