The Supreme Court, in a judgment delivered by Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal, dismissed the Special Leave Petition. The Court found no reason to overturn the High Court's order but granted the petitioner two days to surrender. Any pending applications were also disposed of.
