The terms and conditions of such empanelled Chartered Accountant s shall be fixed by the Hon ble High Court of Delhi. The other terms may be in accordance with the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. You are, requested to send your proposal/ indicating the names, addresses, contact number(s), Job profile on training completed etc. and the nature of services offered by you in a sealed envelop so as to reach the same at the Office of Official Liquidator marked to the Kind attention: A.K.
