INSTRUCTION NO. 1912/1993 Dated: November 22, 1993 Vide Instruction No.566 dated 5th July 1973 board desired that cases of Directors and Senior Executives of important companies be assigned to the Assessing officers having jurisdiction over the cases of companies. 2. In partial modification of this Instructions, I am directed to say that only the cases of Managing/working/whole-time Directors should be assigned to Assessing Officer having jurisdiction over the case of company.
