Kind attention is drawn to the above. The above referred CBDT's letter dt. 18.11.2009 is further emended and would contain the following paragraph at point (ix) : - "The office would take adequate precautions and steps to ensure that enquiry/investigation undertaken at the airports is kept confidential and any premature disclosure to the media (print/electronic) is avoided." 2.
