Subject:- Board s report - Companies (Particulars of Employees) Rules, 1975 ‑ Certain queries regarding terms remuneration and last employment held and other matters connected therewith clarified Some references have been received from certain quarters asking for clarification of the term last employment held by such employee before joining the company occurring in the above rules. The position has since been examined and it is clarified that the above term should be understood to mean the post last held in any other company or in any organisation, etc. The particulars of the last employment including the designation of post and the period during which it was held may also be indicated against this column.
