Circular : No. MBD(1) 1744/92, dated 4 ‑ 3 ‑ 1992. Subject:- Stockinvest Scheme ‑ Provision of adequate space for STOCKINVEST SEBI has felt necessary to ensure that the application forms, memoranda in Form 2A, the prospectus and the letters of offer are amended to provide for subscription of securities by way of STOCKINVEST also. The lead managers have therefore been directed to ensure that adequate space is provided in the application forms for permitting the investors to write the necessary details of the STOCKINVEST purchased by them. The manner of applying by way of STOCKINVEST is also to be adequately explained in the application forms, memoranda, the prospectuses and letters of offer.
