Subject:- Fees - Payable to registrar - Applicability of revised fee for registration of company The fee for registration of companies has been revised under Schedule X to the Companies Act, 1956, with effect from 1-4-1992, vide Notification SO 153(E), dated 25-2-1992. The promoters are hereby informed that the registration fee chargeable for registration of a company will be as prevailing on the date of its actual registration and, accordingly, the revised fee effective from 1-4-1992 will be applicable to in respect of the companies registered on or after that date.
