Constitution Of Specified Benches Of Company Law Board - Amendment of Order [File No.10/43/2005-CLB], Dated 6-9-2012 ORDER DATED 30-10-2012 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 4(B) of section 10(E) of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), read with regulation 4 of the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991 , the Chairman Company Law Board, hereby, in partial modification of the order of the even number dated 6-9-2012, makes the following amendments in the work distribution of the Benches for the purpose of exercising and discharging the Board's powers and functions in the manner specified below:- "(1) In para (c) of the order dated 6-9-2012, - (a) In sub-para (1), the figure "247" shall be omitted; (b) In sub-paras (2) and (4), the figure "247" shall be inserted after the figures "237B"; (c) In sub-para (5), the figure "247" shall be omitted; (d) In sub-paras (6) and (8), the figure "247" shall be inserted after the figures "237B"; (e) In sub-para (9), the figure "247" shall be omitted". 2.
