BRANCH) No. F.III/64/DT T/2011/Estt/Pf-I/263-269 Dated : 04/04/2013 ORDER In supersession of the previous order No. 11863 dated 17.09.2012, the Department has decided to frame the assessment of the dealers on the basis of 2A and 2B data mismatch and to further review the assessment made, if required. Accordingly, following officers are being delegated the powers to carry out the default assessment and review the assessment, as and when required, for the dealers of the wards mentioned against their names.
