Additions in the Hand Book of Procedure (Vol.1), 2004-2009 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 53/2007 Dated 27/09/2007 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I : 1. Paragraphs 5.7.8 and 5.8.6 related to "Condition for fulfillment of Export Obligation" under EPCG scheme stand deleted. This issues in Public interest. (R.S.
