Amendments in supersession to Public Notice No. 49(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 25.09.07 and 64(Re-2007)/2004-09, dated 8th October,2007 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 72/2007 Dated 24/10/2007 In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in supersession to Public Notice No.49(RE 2007) 2004-09, dated 25.09.07 and 64 (RE-2007)/2004-09, dated 8th October, 2007: 2. The following shall be added at the end of Paragraph 2.67:- "In respect of multi product exporters having their head office/registered office in the North Eastern States, RCMC may be obtained from Shellac Forest Products Export Promotion Council (except for the products looked after by APEDA, Spices Board and Tea Board).
