SUGGESTION SCHEME TRADE NOTICE NO. 18/2002 Dated 06/01/2003 It is a common knowledge that DGFT Organization over the last few years has undergone fundamental transformation. It is now more customer oriented technology driven and transparent than ever before. However, it has been endeavour to make it a model organization - an example for others to emulate. With a view to achieving this objective, it has been decided to invite suggestions from both the employees of this Organization as well from members of the Trade and Industry for improvement in the Organization which will include suggestions on improvement in working environment, trade facilitation as well as EXIM Policy matters. Suggestions can be given either in the suggestion box placed at the 2nd floor of this office or through email - [email protected] to the Head of the office. Such suggestions will be duly examined at the appropriate level (i.e. Regional/ Zonal/Headquarters, as the case may be) and will be implemented, if found suitable. Contributions of the individual(s) and or the bodies making useful suggestions will be duly recognized and appreciated and if any suggestion is accepted for implementation, he/she would be formally informed and commended for the initiative taken. All members of Trade Industry, agencies as well as employees of this Organization are therefore earnestly requested to offer their useful suggestions on a continuous basis. ( SANJAY LUNIA ) JT.
