Appoints the Designated Authority - Customs - No. 14/3/91-TPD

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (TRADE POLICY DIVISION) ORDER New Delhi, the 30th May, 2014 No. 14/3/91-TPD.- In modification of the order dated 10 October 2012, it is hereby notified for general information that Shri J. K. Dadoo, Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry shall discharge the functions of the Designated Authority with immediate effect, in place of Shri J.S. Deepak, Additional Secretary for the purpose of: (i) The Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidised Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 as amended. (ii) Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 as amended. SUMANTA CHAUDHURI, Jt. Secy.
