The undersigned is directed to say that guidelines for power generation, transmission and distribution in Special Economic Zones issued vide this Ministry s letter of even number dated 21 th March, 2012 stand withdrawn with immediate effect i.e. 1 st April, 2015. 2. The guidelines for power Generation, Transmission and Distribution in Special Economic Zone issued vide this Department s letter of even number dated 27 th February, 2009 are hereby restored and will, henceforth, be the basis for relevant policy and operational decisions.
