For this purpose such of those exporters who are desirous of availing the facility can send their request by E-Mail on every Wednesdays so that their case if it is in order, may be taken up for clearance the next day itself or hear them personally on Thursdays to sort out the unresolved issues for finalisation. During the hearing, only the in charge Senior officials in the rank of Directors, Managers accompanied by an authorized person for help may appear with all the documents at their disposal to present their case in accordance with the existing Policy and Procedures. In this process, preferences will be given to such of those units whose Bank Guarantee stands expired or the Bank Guarantee Amount blocked or want of Export Obligation Discharge Certificate by this office. All such cases on first come first served basis shall be placed before the DDGs for disposal on every Thursday for consideration as per the existing Procedures. (N.V.
