Attention of the Trade, Industry field formations is invited to Trade Notice No.01/2014 dated 01.10.2014 (F.No. CCU(DZ)Admn./112/2013(available on www.cexgurgaon.gov.in ) issued by Chief Commissioner of Central Excise and Service Tax, Delhi and Public Notice Nos. 01/2014 and 02/2014 both dated 10.10.2014 issued by this office(available on www.cexgurgaon.gov.in ), wherein Central Excise Commissionerate Delhi-III, Gurgaon has been reorganized into Central Excise Commissionerate Gurgaon-I and Gurgaon-II. Further, the process of allocation of new CDR code (Commissionerate, Divisions and Ranges) and migration to new CDR codes is underway. In view of above, till the process of migration to new CDR code (Commissionerate, Division and Range) is completed, assessees would continue to pay duty using their existing CDR code (Commissionerate, Division and Range code). All Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce, Industry and General Public are requested to give wide publicity to the contents of this Trade Notice to bring this to the notice of their members/constituents.
