In terms of Section 105(c) of the Finance Act, 2013 , the following is nominated as Designated Authority for the purpose of the Service Tax Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Scheme in respect of the service providers falling under the jurisdiction of Service Tax Commissionerate, Chennai. The service providers opting for the VCES, 2013 shall file the declaration in duplicate within the stipulated date in the prescribed Form VCES 1 along with the enclosures with the Integrated Facilitation Centre functioning in the ground floor at the above mentioned address. 4. All the trade associations are requested to bring the contents of the Trade Notice to the attention of their members, the trade and everyone concerned.
