Das, Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata, do hereby notify the North Workshop jetty outside K.P. Dock, Kolkata, with the following specifications as Customs Area for the purpose of loading only Cement in Barges for Export to Bangladesh through riverine routes subject to strict compliance of Customs Act, 1962 and this office Public Notice No. 50/03, dt. 30-6-2003 Name of Area : North workshop Jetty, outside, K.P.D. Surroundings : North : River Hooghly South : KOPT S Workshop East : KOPT S North Workshop West : KOPT S pucca slipway It is reiterated that the above permission under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 is accorded only for loading of Cement for Export to Bangladesh through reverine routes.
