ICD Kundli, Sonepat, Haryana approved place for loading/unloading of export/imported cargo - Customs - 1/2005

Public Notice No. 1/2005 Dated 17/5/2005 In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , I, K.K. Goyal, Cmmissioner of Customs Central Excise, Rohtak, hereby approve the Inland Container Depot, Kundli (in short ICD Kundli ) situated at EPIP, Kundli, District Sonepat, Haryana, as a place for loading of export goods and for unloading of imported goods, subject to strict observance of the relevant provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and other instructions issued by the Central Government and the 1 [Principal Commissioner or Commissioner from time to time. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8 (b) of the Customs Act, 1962 , I hereby further specify the limits of Customs Area for ICD Kundli, comprising 20250 sq. mtrs., enclosed with a boundary wall of 6 ft. height with wiring of 1.5 Ft. on the top and bound as under :- 1. Eastern Boundary : Eastern Boundary wall admeasuring 135.0 metres starting from northern corner of eastern side connecting southern corner on eastern side of the plot in front of vacant land. 2. Southern Boundary : Southern boundary wall admeasuring 150.0 metres starting from southern corner on eastern side connecting western corner on southern side of the plot in front of vacant land. 3. Western Boundary : Western road side boundary wall admeasuring 135.0 metres towards the main road, connecting western northern corner and western southern corner of the plot along the eastern side of main road. This Boundary wall has IN OUT Gate of ICD 4. Northern Boundary : Northern boundary wall admeasuring 150.0 metres joining western northern corner and eastern northern corners of the plot along the 15M wide east west road ------------------------------------ 1 Substituted by Notification No. 56/2014-Cus.
