Botanical Garden Jetty declared Customs area for loading of fly ash, gypsum and granulated slag for export to Bangladesh - Customs - 14/2005Extract Public Notice No. 14/2005 Dated 22/06/2005 Attention of Exporters, Importers, Customs House agents, steamer agents and all other concerned is hereby invited that in exercise of the power vested in me under section 8 of the Customs Act 1962 , I A. Bhattacharyya, Commissioner Customs (Port), Kolkata do hereby notify 996 square meter area of Botanical Garden Jetty, as described in the Schedule below, as Customs Area till 16-6-2006 for the purpose of loading of fly ash, gypsum and granulated slag only Bangladesh through riverine route. THE SCHEDULE The Inland Waterways Authority of India s Botanical Garden Jetty situated at Shibpur, Howrah with an area of 996 square meter has the following boundary : On the North : Botanical Garden Jetty Bus Terminus; On the South : The Hooghly River; On the East : The Botanical Garden and Vacant Land; On the West : Hindu Students Hostel and Vacant land Inland Waterways Authority of India should always maintain the existing fencing and proper security of the area.
