Appointment of Custodian for courier consignments imported/exported through DHL Courier Facilities at Air Cargo Complex, Bangalore - Customs - 94/2006

Public Notice No. 94/2006 Dated 22/08/2006 In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 45(1) of the Customs Act, 1962 , H.V. Chauhan, Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore hereby appoint M/s DHL Express (India) Pvt. Ltd. to be custodian in respect of their own courier consignments that are imported or exported through DHL Courier Facilities at Air Cargo Complex, Bangalore, until they are cleared for home consumption or for export, transhipment. The said Custodian shall comply with the provisions of Section 45(2) of the said Act as well as with all rules, regulations and instructions in existence and issued from time to time in this regard, for a further period upto 31/07/2008. This may be brought to the notice of all concerned.
