Attention of all Exporters, Custom House Agents (CHA) and members of the Trade is invited to the Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) Circular No. 23/2013-Customs dated 24th June, 2013 on the implementation of Risk Management System (RMS) in Exports. 2. Risk Management System in exports is implemented and made operational at ICD Tumb with effect from 18.10.2016. The Export Module of RMS is being implemented in two phases. The first phase is implemented and made operational w.e.f. 18.10.2016. In this phase, RMS will process the Shipping Bills for the purpose of selecting the bills for verification of Assessment and Examination. In the second phase, which will be introduced subsequently, RMS will process the Shipping Bills after filing of EGM to select the Bills for PCA (Post Clearance Audit) and sanction of drawback by the officers. 3. The procedure related to Export under RMS laid down in Public Notice No. 17/2013 dated 29.11.2013 issued by the Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad in the case of ICDs-Khodiyar(Ahmedabad), Sanand, Dashrath(Vadodara), Ankleshwar, Valvada, Sachin, Air Cargo Complex, Ahmedabad, Customs Division, Surat (Magdalla and Dahej Ports) shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to ICD Tumb. 4. Further, attention is invited to CBEC circular No. 33/2016-Customs dated 22.07.2016 regarding the merger of two facilitation schemes namely ACP and AEO into a combined three tier AEO Programme. For details please visit www.cbec.gov.in or www.icegate.gov.in, from where the application form can be downloaded. All eligible Exporters are advised to apply to the Principal Commissioner and avail the benefits of the scheme. 5.
