D. Bonds, Test Bonds, End use Bonds, etc., the finalisation / cancellation of which are pending for more than six months shall be carried out during September and October, 2013. The Importers / Customs Brokers having such matters shall submit all the documents required for finalisation / cancellation of the pending bonds to the Dy./Asstt. Commissioners of Customs of the concerned Appraising Group / Section. If any discrepancy is noticed, query is raised or clarification is sought on scrutiny of the documents, the same shall be communicated to the concerned Importers / Customs Brokers within the six days of submission of the documents. The Importers / Customs Brokers shall submit the reply to the discrepancy / query / clarification to the concerned Dy./Asstt. Commissioners of Customs within five days.
