Government of India Ministry of Commerce Industry Office of Zonal Additional Director General of Foreign Trade Shastri Bhawan Annex, 4th Floor, 26, Haddows Road, Chennai 600 006 Trade Notice No.5/2016 Dated:26.10.2016 Sub: Constitution of Grievance Redressal Committee Para 9.08 of HBP 2015-2020 provides for a grievance committee at the level of ZADGFT at the Zonal RA for speedy redressal of grievances' of trade and industry pertaining to the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) and the related procedure. Accordingly it has been decided to constitute the Grievance Committee for the southern zone, Chennai at the level of Zonal RA, Chennai 2. Composition of the Zonal grievance committee will be as under:- (i) Zonal Addl.DG,Chennai -Chairperson (ii) All Addl. DGs/Joint DGs/Officers concerned in Zone-Members (iii)) Regional ED of FIEO-members (iv)) Regional ED of AEPC, Chemexcil, CAPEXIL, CLE, EEPC, EPCH, PEPC, SRTPC, GJEPS-Members (v) Any other official from a department/organization from which grievance is received, on Invitation -Special invitee. 3. The Grievance committee shall have he following terms of reference: (a). To review grievance cases pertaining to FTPs related procedures pending beyond reasonable time with RA for speedy disposal. (b). To review resolution of sector specific grievances brought forth by members or obtained from other sources. (c).To suggest reform in policy procedures. (S.K.
