GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT CIRCULAR NO. CCT/CCW/GST/74/2015, DATED: 11-4-2018 In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (d) of sub-rule 14 of rule 138 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Chief Commissioner of State Tax hereby notifies that no e-way bill is required to be generated in respect of intra-state movement of any goods of any value in the state of Andhra Pradesh with effect from 1 st day of April, 2018. This notification shall be in force until further orders are issued in this regard.
