Attention of the Exporters, Custom House Brokers, Airlines and all Members of Trade is invited to the issue of Refund of IGST paid on export of goods under Rule 96 of CGST Rules, 2017 and this office Public Notice No. 79/2017 dated 20.11.2017 and Public Notice No.08/2018 dated 06.02.2018. 2. It is also informed that the exporters can know the status of refund of IGST or errors, if, any, against a shipping Bill, by logging into their ICEGATE accounts. In case, they don't have ICEGATE accounts, they are advised to create their account immediately at the website www.icegate.gov.in. 3. Further, a Guide on IGST Refunds in ICES issued by Directorate General of Systems, CBEC, containing explanations of different Error Codes and corresponding rectification measures, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A. 4. The exporters are advised to go through the earlier Public Notices referred above Annexure A of this Public Notice and take necessary steps accordingly. 5.Difficulties, if any, faced in the implementation of this Pub ' Notice may be brought to the notice of Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Drawback GST Refund, Air Cargo complex, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata.
