Dated 20.12.2016 PUBLIC NOTICE No.28/2016 Sub: Extension of time limit as prescribed in Public Notice 26/2015 dated 08.12.2015 Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, Shipping Lines/Agents and the members of Trade and Industries is invited to Public Notice 26/2015 dated 08.12.2015 valid for one year from the date of issue i.e. 07.12.2016 issued by the Principal Commissioner, Custom House, Kandla permitting Import/Export of all permissible goods from Adani Kandla Bulk Terminal Pvt. Ltd., located near Tuna, off Tekra, outside Kandla Creek, Kandla Port under following Notifications:- (i) Notification No.16/2015 - Customs dated 01.04.2015 - related to Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme. (ii) Notification No.18/2015 - Customs dated 01.04.2015 - related to Advance Authorisation Scheme. (iii) Notification No.19/2015 - Customs dated 01.04.2015 - related to Duty Free Import Authorisation Scheme. The permission is hereby extended for further period of One year with same conditions/provisions as prescribed under Public Notice 26/2015 dated 08.12.2015 on request of M/s AKBTPL. All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce, Customs Brokers are requested to publicise the contents of the Public Notice among their Members/ Constituents, for their information and necessary action.
