All the importers, exporters, Customs Brokers and other member of trade are informed that e-Sanchit module did not function from 01.10.2018 to 04.10.2018. As a result, it has come to the notice, that some of the importers could not file Bills of Entry within the prescribed time limit. 2. As a measure of trade facilitation, it has been decided to waive penalty for late filing of Bill of Entry for those who could not file Bs/E due to aforementioned technical difficulty between 01.10.2018 and 04.10.2018. 3.
