Kind attention of all Customs formations, Exporters, Members of Trade- and Industry Associations, Customs Brokers and other stake holders is drawn to -Public Notice No. 31/2017 dated 01.11.2017, addendum dated 30.11.2017, addendum 1 dated 8.05.2018, addendum -2 dated 06-07-2018 and addendum-3 dated 12-10-2018 issued by the Commissioner of Customs, Pune regarding implementation of Electronic Sealing for Containers by exporters under self-sealing procedures. 2. In this regard, exporters falling under the categories of AEOs/Self-sealing and Factory stuffing permission are entitled for factory stuffing and self -sealing of containers at their respective stuffing premises for export of goods in terms of Board's Circular No. 26/2017 - cus dated 1.07.2017, 36/2017 - cus dated 28.08.2017, 37/2017 - cus dated 20.09.2017 and 41 - cus dated 30.10.2017. 3. In addition to name of exporter already mentioned in the above said Public Notice dated 1.11.2017, addendum dated 30.11.2017, a addendum - 1 dated 8.05.2018, addendum -2 dated 06-07-2018 and addendum-3 dated 12-10-2018 to said Public Notice, following more Exporters have been granted Self-sealing permission during October 2018 to December 2018, details of the same are attached. 4. Rest all remains same as per the above mentioned Public Notice No. 31/2017 dated 1.11.2017, addendum dated 30.11.2017, addendum - 1 dated 8.05,2018, addendum -2 dated 06-07-2018 and addendum-3 dated 12-10-2018 to said Public Notice issued by the Commissioner of Customs, Pune. 5, The above Public Notice with it s addendum is uploaded at Pune Customs website having address www.punecustoms.nic.in . 6.
