Attention of all Importers/ Exporters/ Customs Brokers and the Members of the Trade bodies is invited to the Regulation 4 of Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018. 2. Board has decided that the written examination under regulation 6 of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018 will be held online from the year 2019 onwards. The online examination will be conducted by National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN). 3. All the applicants who are filing these applications with the Commissioner of Customs Pune are therefore also required to forward information to NACIN in the format prescribed which is enclosed herewith. 4. As the examination will be held online, candidates are also. required to submit their passport size photographs/ mobile number/ email id to NACIN along with their applications in the prescribed format. 5. Requisite amendments in the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018 will be carried out by the Board. 6. Any difficulties faced may kindly be referred to the Board. 7. The contents of this Public Notice may be brought to the knowledge of the member constituents of the Trade and the same may be downloaded from the website of www.punecustoms.nic.in. 5.
