Sanco Trans Ltd, Container Freight Station, No. 592, Ennore Express High Road, Chennai - 600 057- Regarding. ********** Attention of the Steamer Agents, Importers, Exporters and their representatives (Custom House Brokers) is invited to this Custom House Public Notice No. 63/1993 dated 06.07.1993 declaring the premises of M/S. Sanco Trans Ltd. CFS situated at Ennore High Road, Thiruvottiyur, Madras - 600 019 as 'Customs Area' under Sub-section 8(b) of the Customs Act , 1962 and Public Notice No. 103/2005 dated 09.08.2005 approving the additional area of 83973.31 Sq.ft vacant land for handling Export Cargo as Customs Area at the premises of M/S. Sanco TransLtd. CFS. 2. As requested, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Dr. Anil K. Nigam, Commissioner of Customs, (Chennai-VIII), Custom House, Chennai denotify an area of 83973.31 Sq.ft for which the lease agreement has expired. 3.
