Ltd located near Tuna, off Tekra, outside Kandla Creek, Kandla Port Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, shipping lines/Agents and the members of Trade and Industries Is invited to Public Notice No. 02/2018 dated 16.01,2018, valid for one year i.e. 05.12.2018, issued by the Commissioner, Custom House, Kandla permitting Import/Export of all permissible goods from Adani Kandla Bulk Terminal Pvt. Ltd located near Tuna, off Tekra, outside Kandla Creek, Kandla Port under following Notifications:- (i) Notification No. 16/2015 - Customs dated 01.04.2015 - related to Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG Scheme). (ii) Notification No. 18/2015 - Customs dated 01.04.2015 - related to Advance Authorization Scheme. (iii) Notification No. 19/2015- Customs dated 01.04.2015 - related to Duty Free Import Authorization Scheme. The permission is hereby extended for further period of one year i.e till 05/12/2019 with same conditions/ provisions as prescribed under Public Notice. 26/2015 dated 08.12.2015 on request of M/S AKBTPL. All the Trade Associations/ Chamber of Commerce, Customs Brokers are requested to publicize the contents of the Public Notice among their Members/ Constituents, for their information and necessary action.
