Representation has been received at this end from Container Corp. of India Ltd (Custodian), ICD, Amingaon that not a single container has been weighed in ICD, Amingaon since the commissioning of weighbridge at ICD, Amingaon. In this connection, kind attention of is drawn to CBEC Circular F.No.450/81/2011-Cus.lV dated 1808.2011 by which it is specifically mentioned that all containers must be weighed as per 'Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009' 2.
