Attention of all the Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Members of Custom House Agents Association and Public is invited to the Addendum to Public Notice Public Notice No.11/2016 dtd 20.06.2016 as amended vide Public Notice No .01/2017 dtd.02.01.2017 issued vide F. No. 11/39-57/RTI/2007 Part -Il, vide which the information regarding CPIOs, working in this Commissionerate, was publicized. 2. Consequent upon change in charge of officers, following change is made in ANNEXURE-A (Public Notice 11/2016 as amended vide Public Notice 01/2017 dtd.02.01.2017); At Sr. NO.6 in Col. No.5 6 i.e. Name Designation of the Appellate Authority and Address of the Appellate Authority; (1) Shri Mahavir Singh Chauhan, Additional Commissioner, Address - Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, 1st Floor, Custom House, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad-380009 in place of Shri Bharat Prakash, Joint Commissioner of Customs, Address - Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad-380009. At Sr. No.9 10, in Col. No.5 6 i.e. Name Designation of the Appellate Authority and Address of the Appellate Authority; (2) Shri M. L. Meena, Additional Commissioner, Address - Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, 6th Floor, Mrudul Tower, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad- 380009 in place of Shri Bharat Prakash, Joint Commissioner, Address - Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, 2 nd Floor, Custom House, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad-380009.
