Attention of all Exporters/ Customs brokers/ members of Trade is invited to the scheme for implementation of Rebate of State Levies on textile garments (ROSL) notified vide Notification Nos. 12020/03/2016-IT dated 12.8.2016, 13.08.2016 and 31.8.2016 by the Ministry of Textiles and its schedule notifying the rates of rebate in Schedule I Il and Rebate of State Levies (ROSL) on export of made-up articles notified vide Notification No. 12015/47/2016-IT, dated 03.01.2017 and 15.03.2017 by the Ministry of Textiles and its schedule notifying the rates of rebate in Schedule III Additionally, CBEC has issued Board Circular 43/2016 -cus dated 31.08.2016 and 08/2017-CUs, dated 20.03.2017 which provide the guideline framework for implementation of these schemes.
