Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers and other members of the trade, is invited to Public Notice No.25/2015 dated 28.12.2015 as amended issued by this Cornmissionerate regarding empanelment of Chartered Engineers for valuation of Second hand Machinery / goods etc. Consequent to revised Appendix- 2G as notified in the Hand Book of Procedure 2015-20 by DGFT, para 11 and para 12(c) of the said Public Notice stands amended as follows: Para 11.
