Attention of the Steamer Agents, Importers, Exporters and their representatives (Custom House Agents) is invited to this Custom House Public Notice No. 124/2009 dated 24.12.2009 declaring M/S. AP M Terminals India lute-I. (formerly M/S. Maersk India Pvt. Ltd.), at 78 Anuppampattu Village, T.H. Road, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Chennai- 601 203, under sub-section 8(b) of the Act, 1962 and as Custodian vide Public Notice 125/2009 dated 24.12.2009 for handling of both Import and Export Cargo, Public Notice No. 181/2012 dated 16.08.2012 issued for declaration of additional area of 70197 Sq.lnt. in Phase Ill for handling Import/ Export cargo. In exercise of powers conferred under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, in partial modification of the said Public Notice, I, Dr. V. Santhosh Kumar, commissioner of Customs, Chennai-VIN, de-notify an area measuring 10275.8 Sq.mt. which falls under -the Survey No. 69/4, and Bounded: On the North By: Existing M/ s, A PM Terminals India Pvt.
