Ltd., situated at Nandiambakkam Village, Minjur Panchayat Union, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District as Customs Area to handle International Transshipment of LCL containers- Issue of Public Notice - reg. Attention of Steamer Agents, Importers Exporters and their representatives (Custom House Agents) is invited to this Custom House Public Notice No.03/2016 dated 12.01.2016 declaring M/S. NDR Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., situated at Nandiambakkam Village, Minjur Panchayat Union, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District as Customs Area' under sub-section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962 for the purpose of handling import and export cargo. At the request of M/S. NDR Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., vide their letter dated 02.12.2016, and In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8 (b) of the Customs Act, 1962, an area measuring 900 sq.ft. inside the CFS opposite to the Import Warehouse No.4, is earmarked for the specific purpose of International Transhipment of LCL containers and ail operations related thereof as prescribed under Boards Circular 14/2007-Customs dated 16.03.2007 and as per the procedures laid down in the Custom House Public Notice No. 78/2007 dated 06.06.2007.
