Attention is invited to the Public Notice No.241/2012 dated 07.11.2012 declaring the M/S. L T Shipbuilding Kattupalli Minor Port as Customs Area and Public Notice No. 242/2012 dated 08.11.2012 appointing M/S. L T Shipbuilding Ltd. as Custodian of the Kattupalli Minor Port. In this regard it is brought to the notice of the Trade / CHA /.,Publrc that at the request of M/S. L T Shipbuilding Ltd, in pursuance of the Order dated 20.03.2017 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Division Bench, Chennai, under the Demerger (Scheme) for demerger of port business including the CFS and L T Shipbuilding Ltd., the Custodianship of M/S. L T Shipbuilding Ltd., Kattupalli Minor Port has been changed to M/S. Marine Infrastructure Development P.Ltd. (MIDPL). Henceforth, the said Port will be referred to as M/S. Marine Infrastructure Development P. Ltd. (MIDPL). in all the documents. Except for the change in name of the Custodianship all other contents of the Public Notice No.241/2012 and 242/2012 remain the same. This Public Notice shall come into force with immediate effect.
