Attention is invited to the Public Notice No.247/2012 dated 23.12.2012 declaring the CFS of M/S. L T Shipbuilding Ltd., Kattupalli Village as Customs Area and appointed as Custodian of the CFS vide P.N. no. 246/2012 dated 23.12.2012, both P.N.S coming into effect from 26.12.2012. In this regard it is brought to the notice of the Trade / CHA / Public that at the request of M/S. L T Shipbuilding Ltd, CFS, in pursuance of the Order dated 20.03.2017 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Division Bench, Chennai, under the Demerger (Scheme) for demerger of port business including the CFS and L T Shipbuilding Ltd., the Custodianship of M/S. L T Shipbuilding Ltd, CFS, Kattupalli Village has been changed to M/S. Marine Infrastructure Development P.Ltd. (MIDPL): Henceforth, the said CFS will be referred to as M/S. Marine Infrastructure Development P.Ltd. (MIDPL). in all the documents. Except for the change in name of the Custodianship all other contents of the Public Notice No.247/2012 and 246/2012 remain the same. This Public Notice shall come into force with immediate effect.
