Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, Custodian and members of Trade is invited to CBEC Circular No. 05/2017-Customs dated 28.02.2017. 2. As a measure of further facilitation, it has been decided by the Board that those exporters who have been accorded Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certificate (Tier II Tier Ill) in terms of Circular No. 33/2016- Customs dated 22.07.2016 are being - exempted from the requirements of drawal of samples for the purpose of grant of drawback, except in case of any specific information or intelligence. 3. If any difficulty is foreseen or arises out of the implementation of this notice, the same may be brought to the notice of the undersigned. (P. V.
