No. S/7-26/AG/2016-17 Dated: 16.03.2017 PUBLIC NOTICE No. 18/2017 Subject: Acceptance of e-BRC of DGFT towards proof of realization of sale proceeds for exports with LEO date upto 31.03.2014 under drawback scheme-reg. Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, Custodian and members of Trade is invited to CBEC Circular No. 06/2017-Customs dated 28.02.2017 2. It has been decided by the Board that for exports with LEO dates 12.08.2012 onwards till 31.03.2014, DGFT's e-BRC would be accepted, except in case of specific intelligence or information of misuse. This shall be subject to appropriate declaration by the exporter on back of DGFT e-BRC. Format of the said declaration is annexed herewith. 3. If any difficulty is foreseen or arises out of the implementation of this notice, the same may be brought to the notice of the undersigned. (P. V.
