Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers and the Members of the Trade is invited to the Board's Circular No. 43/2,016-Customs dated 31-08-2016 and Circular No. 08/2017 -Customs dated 20-03-2017 which provides the guideline framework for implementation of RoSL ( Rebate of State Levies ) scheme ( copy enclosed ). While implementing the scheme and processing the claims in case of few exporters, errors in the Bank Account No. IFSC Code etc. are noticed. Therefore , the exporters are requested to provide correct details in respect of IECs enclosed in the list so that correct account details are updated in the system.
