Attention of the Importers, Custom Brokers and the members of the Trade is invited to the above mentioned subject. All the stake holders are hereby informed that final print out of the Bill of entry is generated, through Customs EDI system after granting out of charge (OOC), in the system by the shed officer. As the print out is authenticated system generated one, the same does not require Shed officers signature. 2. Henceforth, all the stake holders are informed that the signatures of Customs officers will not be required to be appended on the print out of the EDI system generated Bill of entry. 3. Difficulties, if any, faced in implementation of these instructions may be brought to the notice of the undersigned. ASHOK COMMISSIONER
