Submission of 'Negative Statement/certificate for export proceeds realized in respect of Shipping bills with LEO date prior to 01.04.2013 - Customs - FACILITY NOTICE NO. 05/2017

S/3-MlSC-DBK (XOS) 160/2014-DBK (XOS)ACC Date: 07.06.2017 FACILITY NOTICE NO. 05/2017 SUB: Submission of 'Negative Statement/certificate for export proceeds realized in respect of Shipping bills with LEO date prior to 01.04.2013 1. Attention is invited of all the exporters, Custom Brokers and all Members of Trade to submit the details of realization received/certificates from their Authorised Dealers/Chartered Accountant for EDI shipping bills with LEO date prior to 01/04/2013 immediately and not later than 15.07.2017 to the Nodal Officer. The above details shall be submitted in the prescribed format of six-monthly period (i.e. January-June, July-December) as detailed in CBEC Circulars No 05/2009 CUS dated 02.02.2009 and 06/2017 dated 28.02.2017 2. In view of the above, and in order to streamline the pendency of entry of BRCs/Negative Statement in the EDI system for the above said period, a detailed list of exporters has been published on the website of ACC, Sahar as Annexure to this Facility Notice. The published list contains the detail of 6508 exporters who have not submitted 'negative statements' for the above mentioned period. 3. All the exporters whose names appearing in the said list are requested to submit BRC/negative statement as mentioned above before 15.07.2017 to the Nodal Officer failing which action for recovery of drawback shall be initiated without any further reference. 4. In order to liquidate the pendency of 'negative statement', all the exporters and other Members of the trade concerned are required to comply with the Facility Notice scrupulously. 5.
