No. S/3-MISC-PRO-08 /2017 -18/ACC(I) Date:- 05.07.2017 FACILITY NOTICE NO. 11/2017 SUB: Creation of Bond and Bank Guarantee Cell in Import Commissionerate - reg. Attention of all Importers, Customs Brokers, Members of the Trade Industry Associations, Customs Officers and others is invited towards Public Notice No. 15/2017 dated 07.06.2017 issued vide F. No. S/3-Misc-PRO-107/2016-17/ACC (I) regarding Custody and monitoring of Bonds and Bank Guarantee. 2. Vide said and Standing Order No. 08/2017 dated 07.06.2017, exclusive separate Bond and Bank Guarantee Cell (BBG Cell) in all the three Commissionerate at ACC, Sahar i.e., Import, Export and General Commissionerate, have been created. 3. In light of above, a separate BBG Cell (Import), ACC has been created in this Commissionerate and from now onwards Bond and Bank Guarantee Cell (Import) will function at same place in segregated manner where BBG Cell (General), ACC is presently situated, for work related to Bond and Bank Guarantee of this Commissionerate, as per the direction given in Standing order No. 08/2017 dated 07.06.2017 . 4, For the time being, addition charge of BBG Cell (Import) is given to following officer Sr. No. Name of the Officer Designation 1.
