No. S/3-Prev.Admn-33/2008-ACC Date: 19.07.2017 ADDENDUM TO PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 13/2014 DATED 17.09.2014 Sub: Extension of custodianship to M/S Air India Ltd. towards import cargo/goods meant for transshipment to various Customs Airports in India In the exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8(a), 45(1) 141(2) of the Customs Act, 1962, the Commissioner of Customs (Gen), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Mumbai, has been pleased to extend the custodianship to M/S Air India Ltd. towards import cargo/goods meant for transshipment to various Customs Airports in India for the flights operated by M/S Air India Ltd. from CSI Airport, Mumbai and towards export cargo/goods meant for transshipment to Gate way Airport Delhi, Goa, Kolkata for the flights operated by M/S Air India Ltd. from CSI Airport, Mumbai for a period upto 14.10.2017. 2. All other provisions, terms and conditions stipulated in the Public Notice No. 13/2014 dt. 17.09.2014 will remain the same. 3.
